The purpose of this work is to consider business planning in tourism for more efficient resource management, risk reduction and additional benefits. A study of the effectiveness of business planning in tourism was conducted, and a financial business plan was proposed for consideration. The study's results can be used in educational and scientific work in the management and economics of organizations.
