The Role of Foreign Investment in Uzbekistan's Economic Development

The article examines and analyzes the role and importance of foreign investment in the national economy. Attracting foreign investment in the country's economy is based on taking into account the level of socio-economic development of individual countries. Emphasis is placed on encouraging foreign private investment in sectors and industries of the national economy. The dynamics of per capita investment is studied and analyzed. The negative impact of the global pandemic on attracting and attracting investment is justified. A review of the materials on the topic led to conclusions and suggestions.
