This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the management system, organizational structure, and operational efficiency of the Islom sivilizatsiyasi markazi. The study reveals the importance of strategic planning, innovative approaches, digitalization processes, and human resource development in managing the center’s activities. In addition, the outcomes of the center’s work in scientific research, cultural-educational activities, and international cooperation are evaluated. The article identifies key challenges that hinder management efficiency and proposes practical recommendations for their elimination. The research findings have significant theoretical and practical importance in improving the management system of cultural and scientific institutions.
