Abstract

The article deals with the study of the dependence of the surface temperature of evaporating water on hydrodynamic and temperature-humidity conditions. This is especially relevant for practical calculations that occur during the evaporation of a liquid from a free surface of heat and mass transfer processes, as well as for the study of the temperature of the surface of a liquid, is of great importance.
