Abstract

The article presents experimental studies of roll pairs of different diameters of the squeezing machine, proposed for use in the leather industry. In the course of experimental studies, a regression equation was derived, and the dependence of the straightening coefficient of the output surface was determined, taking into account five input factors: linear velocity at the points of contact of the rolls, the pressing force of the rolls, the angle of feed of the processed material to the squeezing zone, the diameters of the rolls and the thickness of the leather semi-finished product. Solutions to the regression equations were obtained and analyzed graphically.
