The Effectiveness of Supervising and Improving the Training Process of Highly Skilled Japanese Throwers

Abstract

This article describes the results of the studies conducted in track and field javelin throwing, analyzes the training loads organized during them, and on their basis the possibilities of purposeful organization and orientation of trainings are identified.
