History of Uzbekistan’s Legislation on Investment - A Comparative Study of Uzbekistan and Some Developed Countries Investment Legislation

Abstract

This article will analyze, evaluate and explore the legislation of the Republics of Uzbekistan on investment and suggests favorable legal framework to attract foreign investment for Uzbekistan, and it would be comparative review of different jurisdictions on investment. Furthermore, legislations of developed countries such as Malaysia, Singapur and Indonesia will be studied in order to suggest appropriate legal environment for the Republic of Uzbekistan on attracting foreign investment.
