The State Urban Cadastre is one of the fastest growing disciplines for independent Uzbekistan. The development of a mechanism of state urban cadastre and the improvement of the system of personnel training in this area is the most responsible, but also honorable. The State Urban Cadastre is also a reliable systematized database of all land areas in the region. The State Urban Cadastre is maintained in accordance with the Town Planning Code, resolutions and forms of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, normative legal acts on the procedure for creating and maintaining a unified system of State Cadastre.
