The Judicial System of England and Wales and their Characteristics

In this article analyzed the judicial system of England and Wales and their special characteristics. In addition, author tried to illustrate the history and development stages of judicial system of common law countries. At the result of this analyze author tried to give several suggestions and recommendation for development of judicial system of Uzbekistan.
