Abstract

This article analyzes the role of the Anti-Corruption Agency in the implementation of anti-corruption expertise of regulations based on the experience of some foreign countries. Based on the analysis of national and foreign legislation, proposals and recommendations have been developed to improve the anti-corruption expertise of regulations.
