Modern Trends and Prospects for The Development of Women's Scientific Potential in New Uzbekistan

Abstract

This article examines modern trends and prospects for the development of women's scientific potential in Uzbekistan in the context of the ongoing reforms led by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh.Mirziyoyev. It analyzes international initiatives aimed at expanding women's participation in scientific research, as well as measures implemented in the country to strengthen their position in the academic environment. The study reviews key legislative and strategic documents that contribute to creating a favorable environment for women's professional growth in science and assesses the impact of these initiatives on the country's socio-economic development.
