Abstract

In the present era, when economic reforms are deepening in Uzbekistan, the economic organizer, no matter what branch of the greenhouse economy he works in, what task he works in, must learn the laws of production development, the principles and methods of the enterprise's production and organizational structure, the form of the economic management system, and the effective use of available resources. it is necessary to know well the principles of work organization and forms of material incentives. Because the role of greenhouses in meeting the needs of the population of our country with the increase in living standards and the growing demand for the quality of food products is considered to be one of the most urgent scientific research problems.
