Abstract

This article describes the causes of land desertification problems in Central Asia, the factors leading to desertification, and what reforms are being made by states to prevent overgrazing. You can also see in the article the statistics on how fast the lands of the Central Asian states are desertifying today. You can also see how Uzbekistan, located in the heart of Central Asia, is fighting desertification and what reforms are being implemented by the government.
