Abstract

This article presents the current state of production silk fabrics. The results of theoretical and practical research, physical and mechanical properties of raw materials for the production of a new range of natural silk bandages are shown in the figures and tables. The dependence of the twisting of twisted threads on the twist coefficient and linear density has been studied. The components of deformation that appear during torsion are studied, and the number of twist is recommended in accordance with the purpose. The composition of the raw material for the new fabric has been developed.
