Abstract

The article discusses the rhythmic and intonation features of the poems written by AbdulhamidCholpon, the founder of the new Uzbek poetry, in Free poetry format. The views of the literary scholars who created the theoretical foundations of free and independent poetry are discussed. Cholpon‘s free and independent poems have been the subject of analysis for research.
