Abstract

An important role in the upbringing of the younger generation as physically healthy people will be played by the improvement of physical education and sports, and recreational activities in educational institutions. The article deals with physical education and sports in educational institutions, morning physical education, physical education, sports sections, sports competitions and holidays, as well as independent exercises and training using natural factors.
