Abstract

This article deals with a number of issues relating to social partnership in the field of environmental protection, in particular the implementation of environmental regulation as an activity of specially authorized State bodies to develop, Adoption of environmental regulations and ensuring compliance with them by all subjects of environmental management. It also analysed current legal issues related to the further development of social partnership, including in the sphere of environmental regulation, and ways of resolving them.
