The article deals with the problems associated with gender risk in the United States. A detailed terminological analysis of the concepts of “gender” and “sex” was carried out. The problematic aspects of the impact of gender inequality in the United States are identified, the most important aspects of the impact of gender inequality in the country are analyzed. Issues of gender inequality at various scales have been explored. Particular attention is paid to the role of the gender factor in US policy.
