Abstract

This article examines the features of the formation of a new ethno-political paradigm and inter-ethnic relations in Uzbekistan, the social processes associated with them. It discussed the issues of achieving harmony between national interests and transnational values, creating a new ethno-political paradigm, active participation of nations and peoples in democratic transformations. The article also discusses a new ethno-political paradigm and factors in the development of inter-ethnic relations during the period of independence and the role of state institutions and civil society institutions in strengthening inter-ethnic relations.
