Abstract

The article discusses the emergence of surrogate motherhood and its legal consequences, the analysis of the legislation of European countries, the Republic of Uzbekistan and the CIS. Proposals for a unified international convention were also made. At the same time, the national and private legal relations of the Surrogate Motherhood Institute were studied.
