Abstract

At the core of any manipulative actions lies the clear goal of diverting a certain people or nation from one path to another, changing their thoughts, religion, worldview. Among such goals, there are actions to deviate the representatives of a religion or confession from their faith, such actions are mentioned in the science under the names of missionary and proselytism. This article analyzes the negative consequences of missionary and proselytism, as well as the preventive measures aimed at eliminating them.
